Shipping

-Shipping times range from 2 to 7 business days from the date of order, contingent upon your geographical location.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
- Please note that we do not offer international shipping by default. If you wish to place an international order, kindly reach out to us beforehand to obtain a shipping quote. If you place an international order without prior contact, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee.

-Lost Orders are processed using your supplied shipping information entered at time of order placement, with this in mind customer assumes all responsibility for entering the proper information at that time

-Daksing LLC will not replace your order free of charge, and does not take any responsibility if this information is entered incorrectly causing your order to become lost.

-Upon the order leaving our facility all responsibility is relinquished to the intended receiver.

-Any issues regarding whereabouts of delivered packages are left to the customer to contact their local post provider for assistance.

- We only accept the return of unused items within 14 days from the initial date of purchase.  Shipping charges if any will not be refunded. You will be responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while sending the goods back to us.

-Please contact us for return approval at Jaypeng2024@gmail.com before shipping your return.

-All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and with the original invoice. Scissors must be shipped in the original shipping box. We do not accept service/returns for soft mailing packages.

-We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

-The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs on items shipped for returns or inspections back to us.

1. We reserve the right to reject any order.

2. All orders are subject to availability.

3. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately in 3 days after delivery and take a photo of the item and packaging

4. Daksing scissors come with a two monthes warranty from the purchase date with original invoice. This warranty does not cover scissors that have been dropped or damaged, including nicks on the blades. Warranty claims will be void if scissors are repaired by unauthorized services.

5. There is no guarantee that the material on this website is current, accurate, error-free or complete.
